A simulator you can understand

Drone Horizon contains manual FPV flight, a separate stabilized camera-drone family, configurable controls and several kinds of practice environment. These pages explain what each system does and how to use it to frame a useful practice question.

The feature descriptions were checked against the current game source on 14 September 2026. Source verification establishes that a system is implemented and connected to the game; it is not a fresh test of every exported platform or physical controller. Public release remains in preparation.

Choose by the task

For manual coordination, start with FPV flight and custom controls. For camera movement, compare the stabilized family and gimbal. For repeated race practice, examine ordered gates and Neon City's authored courses. For filming a moving subject, read Follow Car: the car is AI-driven while you continue piloting the drone.

The map guide distinguishes offline environments from development-only streaming work. Controller compatibility has its own status record, so an input architecture or familiar device name does not become a blanket tested-hardware claim.

Product detail and practical teaching

The guides below focus on the simulator. The flight journal teaches broader skills such as throttle control, figure eights, calibration and racing lines.
