Delete your account and data

In brief

Delete your Drone Horizon online account in the app (MULTIPLAYER → RACING PROFILE → DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT) or by email request. Account, statistics, race records and friends are removed; backups expire within 35 days.

Scope: dronesimulator.flights and the Drone Horizon app

Last updated: 2026-10-17

This page explains how to delete the online multiplayer account of the Drone Horizon PRO Android app (com.dronehorizon.simulator) and the data linked to it. Offline play never creates an account.

Option 1: delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open Drone Horizon and sign in with Google Play Games.
  2. Go to MULTIPLAYER → RACING PROFILE.
  3. Tap DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT and confirm.

The account and the data listed below are deleted from our server immediately, and the app signs you out.

Option 2: request deletion by email

  1. Email contact@dronesimulator.flights with the subject “Drone Horizon account deletion” and your current racing name.
  2. To confirm the account is yours, we reply with a short one-time code. Set it as your racing name in the app (MULTIPLAYER → RACING PROFILE → name → SAVE) and reply to our email.
  3. We delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation (usually within 7) and confirm by email.

If you can no longer open the app, write to us anyway and explain; we will help you confirm ownership another way.

What is deleted

  • Your multiplayer account: account ID, Google Play Games player ID, racing name, avatar image address, friend code and profile settings.
  • All statistics: races, wins, podiums, finishes, rating, best laps, recent results and championship points, including your rows on the leaderboards and the championship table.
  • Your race records, sign-in sessions, friends list and friend requests. You are also removed from other players’ friends lists.
  • Your recorded Play Integrity results.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Encrypted database backups may contain the data for up to 35 days; after that it is gone.
  • Race-server logs (no IP addresses) are deleted after 30 days; web server access logs after 14 days.
  • Other players keep their own race results; those no longer reference your account.
  • Data stored only on your device (settings, Garage, progress) is not on our server. Remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling.
  • Your Google Play Games profile, achievements and Google leaderboard scores are managed by Google in your Google account and Play Games settings.

Delete only some data

You can change your racing name, make your profile private, remove friends or sign out at any time in the app. For other partial requests, email contact@dronesimulator.flights.
